Hypergraphx: a library for high-order network analysis
From social systems to biological systems, many real-world systems have high-order non binary interactions. These systems can be conveniently described using hypergraphs, where hyperedges represent interactions between any number of units. Here, we introduce an open-source Python library — — HypergraphX (HGX) provides a complete set of algorithms and functionalities for high-order network analysis . These features include different Data conversion methods, converting data from one high-order representation to another, various high-order organizational metrics at local and meso scales, sparse statistical filters for high-order data, and a wide range of static and dynamic generation models , and Implementation of different dynamic processes with high-order interactions . Our computing framework is universal, allowing analysis to have Weighted, directed, signed, time-series, and multi group interaction…
