Excel’s high-energy function VSTACK is amazing, easily merging tables and searching across multiple tables!

Today I’m sharing with you the new function VSTACK function in WPS. With this function, you can easily handle table merging/searching across multiple tables. WPS tables are important for handling these types of problems!

Introduction of VSTACK:

Function: Vertically stack arrays into an array

Syntax: = VSTACK (array 1, array 2, array 3,…)

I. Basic usage: Merge table data

As shown in the figure below, we want to merge the data from the two tables on the left into one table. Simply enter the formula in the target cell.

=VSTACK(A2:B6,D2:E7)

Then click Enter

Special reminder:

When merging multiple table data, the order of the table header fields to be merged must be consistent, and of course, the number of columns must also be the same.

If the number of columns in the table is different, the missing parts will be filled with #N/A error values during merging.
